1. If I decline your commission and you send money anyway, it's a donation. If you make a mistake and send too soon, I'll refund. After half is paid upfront at the appropriate time, there will be no refunds.2. Art is my hobby, not my job. My turnaround times vary anywhere from 1 month to 3 months on average.
